Pizza and Calzones: Gyroll | Submitted By: Adam Pack
Well-seasoned lamb meat, along with feta cheese, zucchini and black olives, gets sealed into pizza dough and baked until golden. This mess-less version of a gyro sandwich substitutes pizza dough for the much harder-to-make pita bread.

The crust for this savory pie is made in the food processor and rolls out beautifully. Tacos, Burritos, and Enchiladas: Shredded Beef for Tacos | Submitted By: Diana Pulliam
This is the easiest meal you'll ever make. Being a mom of 8 and working I wanted to find something I can make for dinner with no effort. Start your roast in the morning before going to work it will be done when you get home. You don't even have to defrost the roast. If it is a defrosted roast, put it in around noon, it will be done at 5pm. I've had so many people ask for my recipe, and this is the first time I've let it out of my kitchen. Enjoy.

Meatless Main Dishes: Veggie Goulash | Submitted By: BUTTERCUP8
A favourite at our house - a yummy rich goulash minus the meat. You can substitute the Quorn(TM) for tofu that's been shallow fried or sliced mushrooms. Hope you enjoy! Serve with rice, noodles, or potatoes.

Boneless chicken breasts are marinated in teriyaki sauce and grilled. Then they're cut into strips and layered on salad plates with salad greens, a spicy tomato-jalapeno salsa, chunks of pineapple, and a wonderful honey-mustard vinaigrette.

Ribs: Island Jump-Up Ribs | Submitted By: CRUMBSNATCHER
Honey, coconut milk, chiles, and garlic are the signature flavors in these tropical ribs. Though sweet and tangy like a tomato-based barbecue sauce, the coconut milk will bring back warm-water memories.

Delicious and tasty chicken fried steaks with a zesty Latin touch.

Stuffed Peppers: Quick and Easy Stuffed Peppers | Submitted By: Jen
We love that word - easy. The peppers pre-cook in the microwave while you make the tomato, bean, corn, and green onion stuffing. When both are ready, stuff the peppers, and pop in the microwave again. Top with cheese. Easy!
